Landmark Forest Adventure Park - a great day out for the kids (and adults). Located in Carrbridge 7 miles from the park Forest activity park with climbing wall, highwirecourse, maze, raft ride and roller coaster.

Highland Wildlife Park at Kingussie. Located 14 miles from us, another great day out. Many animals including amur tigers, polar bear and snow leopard

Strathspey Steam Railway. This 10 mile section runs between Aviemore, Boat of Garten and Broomhill. Enjoy going back in time on an old fashioned steam train.

Cairngorm Brewery located in Aviemore, the brewery provides tours and sampling of their ales.

The Malt Whisky Trail set in speyside and covering 9 whisky locations including the famous Glenlivet and Glenfiddich distilleries. A must for whisky lovers

Inverness, Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. For a great day trip , Loch Ness lies 50miles from the Lodge Park. Visit Urquhart Castle and look for Nessie, our very own monster.

The Moray Firth. Designated as a world heritage site , this large inlet has a large population of bottlenose dolphin, porpoise and whales, with organised trips to spot these amazing creatures. There are some charming fishing villages to visit with extensive beaches and a long coastal path.
